Fourteenth Annual Lunch and Laughs with a Legal Legend

You do not want to miss the Fourteenth Annual Lunch and Laughs with a Legal Legend, held Friday, September 5, 2025 at The Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown, WV.

This year's honored guest will be Justice John A. Hutchison, retired judge of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.

Lunch & Laughs events are not to be missed. The Master of Ceremonies, Judge Alan Moats, will entertain us throughout the program. Selected "roasters", Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick, Justice Haley Bunn, and Judge Alan Moats, will have the opportunity to tell stories and tales about Justice Hutchison, with additional time afterwards for the Justice to respond. The proceeds from the Lunch & Laughs event are divided between the WV Bar Foundation and the honoree's selected charitable recipients, the WVU College of Law Justice Larry V. Starcher Public Service Scholarship and the Just for Kids Child Advocacy Center in Beckley, WV.

Table sponsorships of $1,250 are provided a reserved table with 6 seats. Additional sponsorship packages are available. Individual tickets can be purchased for $75. Can't attend the in-person event? Register for the Non-Attending Supporter, and 100% of your registration fee will go toward these philanthropic programs.
